Loving Kindness Meditation

In this meditation practice we will cultivate love and nurture feelings of compassion and peace for all. We will learn the many science-backed benefits of a loving kindness practice. We will also learn the elements of the practice so participants can continue on their own. We will conclude with a group loving kindness meditation.
